Bondas Ghee Roast (Squid Ghee Roast) : I love my squid soft, succulent, and well cooked. And if this is your priority, then FishLand is the place to go! (4.7/5) 🔹 2. Prawns Tawa Fry : Very well presented. The cook quality was crisp and yum. (3.8/5) 🔹 3. Prawns Ghee Roast : A delight to both eyes and appetite. The cook on it, could have been better however. (3.5/5) 🔹 4. Manji Tawa Fry (Pomfret Tawa Fry) : I don’t think FishLand can ever get Pomfret wrong. Their style of cooking just stunned the Mangalorean in me.(4.2/5) 🔹 5. Manji Ghee Roast (Pomfret Ghee Roast) : A synonym for the word smooth. That’s what it feels like eating this ghee roasted pomfret. (4.5/5) 🔹 6. Bangude Tawa Fry (Mackerel Tawa Fry) : Cooked to perfection, the well seasoned mackerel cut open smoothly. The masala coating was surprisingly amazing. A must try. (4.3/5) 🔹 7. Chicken Machurian : A usual mangalorean style, crisp and to the point dish. (4.2/5) 🔹 8. Kori Rotti (Chicken curry and rice roti) : A typical tulunad dish of mangalorean household, this rotti and coconut chicken curry was a simple delight.
