That lovely cheese and that masala fried omelette

When you hear the words “masala omellete” and “cheese”, you would expect it to be an ordinary combination of an omelette topped by cheese. However, that isn’t the case with this dish. Infact, this dish was the highlight for me today.
 
About the dish
A simple presentation can be very inviting sometimes, and you will find the same here. The wide oval like plate is neatly presented with 2 pieces of heated paav along with an omelette in the centre of the plate. When you cut/ pull a bite off the egg, the beautiful cheese stretches so tenderly. Just look at the above picture once again.

What could have been better?
The Paav (bun), which is an important aspect of this dish, must be moist, crisp and warm. However, the paav which I got with this dish, was a little less on the moist side. This can always be improved and was perhaps, a matter of dumb luck.

Will i have this again?
Yes, this is very good version of a fried egg. I recommend you give this  try if you happen to visit this place.
